My grandfather had 3 sisters, all of them born in the 1930s.They have all passed away without registering their names in the land and property records. My great grandfather also passed away in the year 1952 . My grandfather has also passed away. In this situation, can descendants of my grandfather's sisters still claim for their share in ancestral property.
