Dear experts!
My sister filed petition under section 5 of limitation Act & section 151 of CPC and Rule 9 and section 151 of CPC as on 18.01.2016. In the court of FIRST ADDITION SUB JUDE OF SALEM with OS NO:383/2011 with the help of our representative.
Still her case are not restored and did not give IA numbers. my representative told case bundles are missing. hence we want to know the current status of that petition and asking permission for view directly the above case bundles documents.
1. Can i file petition under right to information Act?
2. RTI act applicable for court?if it is applicable then what is the procedure for apply? please guide me.
