I have posted files for first appeal and second appeal to cic, in respect of info of central govt. For formats and procedures of first appeal and second appeal to sic for info in custody of state govt, pl visit official website of concerned state or its information commission.
For information pertaining to central govt, CIC is the final authority. Similarly SIC is for info relating to state govts. CIC & SIC are independent commissions. SIC mainly hears second appeal and complaints for state info.
