Our ancestral property is divided between my father and his brother. I am the only daughter to my father and my father is deceased. I had access to my portion of property though my father brother property and there was no mention of road in partition dead and it was orally agreed to give road .My father brother is deceased and his wife has sold his share of property without leaving road to third party without informing us. Know the new owner of the property is refusing to give road to access my property and is planning to fence it. There are no other ways to access to my property other than though my uncle’s property.
How can get my right of way to access my property?.
Can my father brother wife sell land to third party without leaving the road to us?.
I was major at the time of partition but I have not signed for partition deed, do I have the option of questioning partition deed?.
