Revoke the stalled court proceedings

Sir, just i inform the case in brief that my cousin, Brahmin was married and after 16 days of marriage, her husband beat her with his leather belt and the pin of belt had caused her to lose sight. Now she is blind. Initially family members tried to reconcile, but he refused and told and complained us that as she was village lady, he could not get her to his friends and that when he took her to pub in Hyderabad, she refused to consume alcohol, and that he felt shame before his friends and that first habit her to consume alcohol then he will think about her.   We felt shock and dilemma how to make her to act to his wishes. As a family members we cont. ask her to get the habit of taking alcohol. Her father is a purohit in kanaka durga temple. As she did not consume liquor, he dropped her at her parents house. sir, she was the native of a small village in west Godavari district. He was the employ of a company at Hyderabad and through that company, within one week, he got passport and went to Australia. As there was no other go and as his parents also did not assure her to retrieve her family with her husband, a case was registered u/s: 498(A) IPC. When he came to India, he was arrested and released on the same day. Passport was seized and sent to court, which in turn forwarded the same to Passport office, Vizag.  Sir, our APP is influenced by the accused party and yesterday, three others relating to accused party visited our house and told that there are so many supreme court judgments to release the pass port and that once the pass port released, he would go to Australia that he would not come back and asked us to sign on papers for Rs.2 lakhs. They challenged that we can't do any thing against them.  Sir, here i am having the few questions. Please help a poor blind lady.

1). If the passport office released the pass port, shall he go to anywhere without the information of trail court and MC trail court?

2) Sir, if the court ordered to release the pass port of accused, is it the order to let the accused to fly away.

3) Sir, if the accused left India without court, the court proceedings are to be stalled or not.

4) Sir, if the accused did not attend the court for trail what is the alternate remedy to victim. How she can file a complaint in court.

5) Sir, not only the IPC case at trail court, but the DVA case, MC case are being filed. What about such cases and whether he has to get the condition from that court also or not?

6) Sir, if the accused is at Australia, who would attend on his behalf in MC Case, what steps we can take to file the facts in the court.   SIR PLEASE HELP.
