We had formed a Trade Union two years back and registered it in Mumbai. But after that, the Union went to shelf due to internal differences. No audit or financial reports were ever submitted.
Now we want to revive the same Union. We have bank account and PAN in the name of the Union.
Can anyone please guide us what should be the procedure ?
