Sir / Madam,

My cheque was bounced and now the coplainant fied the complaint with the delay, i raised my objection regarding the delay even though court condone the delay, now i prefer to revise the order, can i beg for revision?

im having the valid grounds of question of law.., my doubt is whether the order passed by the magistrate is revisable?

if it is revisable then what is the liitation period ..

yes thanks for ur reply but i confused on reding the provision section 397(2) of Crpc.

says that

The powers of the revision shall not be exerciced in relation to any interlocutory order passed in any appeal, inquiry, trial or other proceedings..

so can u clear my doubt how can it be revisable?

I don't think it to be interlocutory order, it is the order which would decide whether the case would run or not.

There is no distince boundry for any order to be interlocutory or not so you have to persue the matter.
