Review petition n High Court

i want to know is is possible to file a riview petition in High Court  against the verdict of the same High Court. My case we won in CAT but failed in High Court due to the wrong selection of an advocate for us, Now we want to file riview petition in high court ,kindly advise me,

In another civil case after the final  hearing on Aug.11,2010 the judgement reserved , Within how many days the judgements will be served  after the final hearing?,Please advise

Dear Sir,

u may file a review within 30 days frm the order passed. but the ground for review is very limited and ther must be some error apparent on the face of record.

secondly there is no time limitaion for pronouncing a judgemnt in high court. the Judge may take his own time.

File a Letter Patent Appeal .

There is no time prescribed for delivering a judgment after hearing the arguments.
