I have returned stridhan ornaments to my wife after 10 months of her filing 498a,406 against me. I work in a different city away from my parents .Actually due to my father's illness and my job pressure, I could not return the same earlier. The same was returned soon after a court order. Does this amounts to cruelty by me to my wife and a valid ground for seeking divorce by her ?
