hello,
i am hiring a law firm to handle a property dispute case......i am being asked to sign a retainer agreement.
please let me know the list of things to look for, in the retainer agreement.
or is it even advisable to get into a retainer agreement for cases related to property dispute.

Please carefully go through the conditions printed therein in the agreement and terms of the contract because it depends on the law firms to impose conditions as per their own circumstances and it may differ to some other firm, so you cannot be advised about the contents to be made sure in it, instead you see if the conditions therein suits you, you may proceed with engaging the services of such firm or else look for an individual lawyer for your needs.
