Restitutional of conjugal rights court jurisdiction related

marriage solemnized at vishakapatnam 6 months ago, after the marriage wife is working at vizag and husband is  working at hyderabad.suddenly wife is not speaking well and all the relatives of the wife are not in favour of husband,Now the hsuband wants to file a petteion for restitution of conjugal rights please tell which district court to approach.

Visakhapatnam. If she has lived with husband in Hyderabad for sometime as in matrimonial home, the husband can file RCR in Hyderabad.

Plz dont file RCR it will badly back fire you. Don't file any thing just see and enjoy the game.
