Sir, I request you to provide me advice with my problem
I Am working in an organization for last 2 years, when I joined this Organization, I was never offered any offer letter or any form of document to be signed. so to proof I m employ of this organization, I have Icard and Account statement . I resigned from my job on 4th of july by giving a written application of which, I was never given any recieving. I have stated my reasons for leaving the job and I am serving my notice period of one month, again as I was verbally told but on 15th of july, I was informed that management has decided to not give my last month and notice month salary, along with my one month salary which was deducted as security for the period of 10 months. I have again emailed to the authority about my resignation on there official Ids. Please tell me what I should do further to get my hard earned money.
