Hi All, I have residential building near to main road and am providing space for keeping Advertisement boards on one side of the building(Like For Advertisement)at Hyderabad City. Here I would like to know is there any charges or taxes need to be paid for this space or any legal action will be taken by the government against us. And also what all formality or legal documentation needs to be done to get free out of these issues. Please send your reply to pky_best@yahoo.in

Generally it is not charged, however, consult Municipal Corporation authorities or local lawyer.

The Municipal Corporation authorities may charge some taxes for placing huge hoardings though the building is private, you may enquire it locally.
