Hello,
I was a working professional in private firm, Married since last 2 years(not having the marriage certificate yet).My permanent address is my parents adress(not my In laws address) having PAN card, Voterid card, Passport and Adhar card etc..
While applying for residence certificate at my home district, after providing all documents still they are asking to apply at my inlaws home district.
Please let me know is there any legal rule for this compulsion?
