Reservation of women in central govt-postings

Respected seniors

I need a clarification and advice from you  regarding the voilation in appointment of women candidates in central Govt postings.

The candidate pocess 81 % marks in Post Graduation and got selected in the all India Entrance Examination and has attended the Interview very well .. The applicant states that 586 male candidates and 142 female candidates (586+142=728) were called for interview. There is a gross violation of selected female candidates for interview on selecting only 142 candidates out of 728 which is not in the ratio of 1/3rd.   If the policy of the reservation was followed, atleast 242 female’s candidates has to be selected for interview.

The applicant further states that after the order passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, the result of the selected candidates came to be published and 26 Female candidates were selected for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers. The applicant further states that after the order passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, the result of the selected candidates came to be published and 26 Female candidates were selected for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers.

Pls advice Regarding this case.

You have confused.

There is no reservation for women in Govt jobs.

It is a different matter if some posts are meant to be manned by females only. Like teachers to be posted in girls school.

It is not clear what advise you have solicited.
