The matter of extending reservation in promotions to physically handicapped employees under RPWDs Act-2016 has been referred to its Larger Bench by the Supreme Court of India for Review in case of Dr. Rijju vs Govt of Karnataka. The constitution of Larger Bench by Supreme Court of India in this case is pending since long and it seems either SCI or GOI is interested in the early constitution of Larger Bench, thus spoiling the career prospects of thousands of PH employees.
Is there any way by which we can impress upon both SCI and GOI to constitute the Larger Bench at an early date and take final decision in the above matter expeditiously.
