Dear Sir/Madam
We are having the 104 units in our society ( 52 R and 52 Commercial spaces).
There is one toilet for use of all the people ( female and Male) working in Commercial Shops and Offices.
Earlier other Toilet was closed by one of the committee due to its nuisance thouth it was also used by all.
There is NO separate Toilet for females.

There are a few female members and also there are few female employees in ofice space. There is demand for making separate toilet for use of female employees in commercial space.
Please let us know whether is mandatory to have separate Toilet for female and male Society Premise - Commercial side.
