Requirement for factory license

Depending on the state where you seek to construct your factory, you may need to normally provide following details in the pro forma prescribed in your state:

1. Full name of your factory
2. Postal address/factory location
3. Type of manufacturing process to be carried on by your factory during the following year [post commencement of operations]
4. Products manufactured during last one year.
5. Total workers to be employed in your factory. 
6. Power consumption likely to be used by your factory
7. Details of your factory manager
8. Details of all occupiers. These may include (I) factory proprietor or (II) directors, in case of a firm or (III) managing agents, if any (IV) shareholders
9. Full name& address of builder owner 

You can easily obtain the Form from Labor Commissioners office after paying the fee. Again, the list of details is not indicative of what you need to fill out in the form, but only illustrative.
