I am planning to purchase a plot in a layout but the mother deed is not good.
In 1970 X sold property to Y and X used to continue farming in the same land and in 1974 family members of X filed a case in revenue court and got the property records written on X wife name and there after couple of land transactions happened.
No where person Y or his legal heirs filed case or objected in this 40 yrs and no complete clue of Y family whereabouts....can I go ahead and purchase the plot or not please clarify me ??
