Apply to the first appellate authority immediately.  The name of the first appellate authority under RTI can be known from the relevant website of the state government.  CIC comes into picture as second appellate authority.  If you do not get a reply from the PIO within 30 days you should appeal before the first appellate authority (In-house remedy). If you do not get reply within 30 days from first appellate autority then go for second appeal to CIC.

Thanks v much Mr. Rao

By going through profile I found you to be A Ex Bank officer having quite knowledge of banking rules and regulations. Can you please help me in getting copy of ' Uiform POLICY OF USING ATMs CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS"

Particularly what are the rules, regulations post death of holder of ATM card.

What actions are to be taken if third party uses it post death.

Follow the advice of Mr. Jaggarao. If much time has lapsed after your first RTI application and the matter has got time barred, make a fresh identical RTI application paying afresh the application fee and further follow it up with appeal, second appeal etc. within the time limits prescribed in the Act.
