Request for format of perjury

1. Consider my advice; go to District Court Complex and sit with a typist, they have in their database such drafts which are used by advocates. He will charge you very minimum to draft one for you based on your litigation facts as each case of parties comes with different set of facts.  

2. However, perjury charges are very sensitive allegations under family law to get effective relief and best left to handle by hired advocate instead of do-it-yourself is also my view.

There is particular format for perjury or anything that way.  You have to prepare one on your own based on the facts applicable to your case.  If need be take the assistance of a local lawyer.
