To all Experts,
Can you suggest me some case laws in which the Representatives of People i.e. MLAs & MPs i.e. Politicians held in guilty in lower courts but they held not guilty in both High Courts or Supreme court after filing appeal in the same.???
related provisions are:-
Sec. 376 of IPC
Art. 102(1) & 191(1) of constitution of India
Sec. 8(4) of the Representation's of People Act, 1951.
