Hello,
I own a duplex house which is for Rent. One of the State Govt Dept is interested in taking the property on Rent. They is willing to offer good Rent but no Advance.
1. My concerned is will there be a problem in evicting them after expiry of Lease period ?
2. Will there be any problem in incrementing the Rent ?
3. Any points that needs to be specifically mentioned in Lease agreement ?
Please provide yours valuable suggestions
