sir,
i have a flat in chennai that i woudl like to rent out.
can i add the below clause in the agreement, where i reserve the rigth to inspect the apartment every 6 months for any damages in the presence of the tenant, even when it is still occupied by the tenant.

Hi,
I have a residential floor in Dwarka (New Delhi) which i had let out to a tenant for the period of 11 months. But as the tenant is not paying me rent from last 3 months, I want to vacate my property.
I had done a complaint to police but police is not taking any action on it.
I have sended her a notice to vacate my property.
Just want to know what all i can do to vacate my property??
