Rental agreement

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am staying in mumbai for rent(11 Months),my lensencor or landlord staying in different state,so for that reason in my rental agreement was signed by his relative.if suddenly termination of agreement in duration of period as per agreement remaining payment shall be paid by Lecensse or landlord.

But my question is agreement was signed by his relative,if any issue at the time of amount repay from landlord that document legally eligible or not.if not tell me what shall i do?
