Rent not paid

i have given shop for rent to an SC person. He is not paying rent from two years. He is litigant and says that he will file SC case. Please suggest the ways and means 1) for getting rent 2) for vacating the shop as others are receiing three times rent on the same size of shop. mohan5158@yahoo.in

you need to serve a legal notice to him asking to pay the arears with interest and handover your shop immediately. failing which you would be required to file an eviction suit in the district court.
