Rent agreement registration by one co-owner

Dear Sir, I have a query regarding rent agreement registration by one Co-owner only. The property is co-owned by X (first co-owner) and Y (second co-owner) Due to old age, It is difficult for Y to travel to other place for rent agreement registration. My question is: whether X only can register the rent agreement? If not, then what is the solution? Kindly guide. Thanks & Regards, Suraj

single co owner can execute documents , if he has pawer of attorney for the same.
