A flat owners association is registered under The Tamilnadu Societies registarion Rules 1975.
Is ther any requiremnt of renewal of this registraion .For information The Association is by and for the conduct of the affiras of the association for maintenance of common areas generally.
I beleive that any association not for profit/ for the mebers and by the members/and not looking for any Government Grant/Not an NGO is reqiured to renew the registarion derails periodically
