Renewal of passport court case pending

I have 2 cases, 1st case 383 and 503, 2nd 354a and it act 67a i got cash bail of rs 10000 and 2nd case surety bail of rs 15000. Charge sheet is not yet filed. Its been 10 months now after getting bail.I want to renew my passport as it is expiring in April,2018. I want to take my mother for religions tour. 1)If i don't show any court cases in passport application will be good & apply in tatkal. 2)Is there any fine or jail for not disclosing cases and found afterwards.How much fine or jail. 3)Should i disclose it in passport form first chances for rejection of passport application. 5)If court rejects the application what to do. 4)Please suggest what to do.
