Removing name of 2nd joint share holder in case of deceased with no death certificate

I have shares of a company. Joint share holder is my grand mother who is long deceased but there is no death certificate, how can I remove her name from the Share certificate. I have the Physical form of share with me

Please enclose original death certificate and request the Secretary / Registrar to remove your GM Name. Depending on the value of shares they will advise you. Start corresponding immediately.
