In written reply of cross-examination before the State Consumer Commission, the Opposite Party has told a number of lies.  

Do I need to complain of perjury to the Commission OR do I need to file a police complaint OR ????

by taking a oath he has told lie, you cannot do anything, You can prove it while agruging the matter

agree with mr rajeev.     you can rebutt them in arguement step with other evidence in recored if u have
