Remedy for Husband-Muslim Marriage Act

Muslim Family Law: In a given case, the wife is not ready to live with her husband. Having a child of 5 years. What remedy the husband is available with, in a case wherein the wife neither stays with him nor gets ready for a divorce.

A Muslim man can give divorce to his wife according to Muslim Sharia law. He can contact local qazi for this job who will workout the complete process of talaq for him.
