Reliving Of Employee

Hi ,
I am working in BPO sector in Bangalore our company project is going to shutdown on next week , now our company started reliving Employee without giving any notice and without giving hike which supposed to paid in January, we received notice that project is going to shutdown this week and they asking us leave the company and they not paying any advance salary and nothing please suggest is there any law to question this
