I would be glad if anyone of the learned lawyers guides me on the following points :
1. A property (constructed house) has more than one legal owners. Can any one of the legal owners of a property execute Relinquishment Deed in favor of another person (s) ?
2. What is the procedure for relinquishing claim over a property in favor of other (s)?
3. Whether any stamp duty is payable on such transaction. If yes, how it is calculated ?
