A mutual divorce was filed in Jaipur. I returned all her streedhan, and then she filed a 498a case. The closure report submitted by police was against her and all charges were dropped. Then she again filed a case u/s 13(1) cruelty in Jaipur. I live in Delhi. Can I transfer the case from Jaipur to Delhi now o/a of cruelty u/s 23A of HMA? From where I can get relief under this section?
