We are Dimaond import-export co in surat.

We are importing rough diamond and polishing throudh local maufaturers by job and then export polished diamonds.

I like to know that do we eligible for replanishment license for duti free inputs which are used in manufacturing process by our jobers?

Ya.......Duty Free Replenishment Certificate is issued to a merchant-exporter or manufacturer-exporter for the import of inputs used in the manufacture of goods without payment of Basic Customs Duty, Surcharge and Special Additional Duty.So, you are eligible for Replenishment License.
