The RTO K R PURAM BANGALORE issued invalid cheque. The bank authorities rejected the cheque for issue payment as the cheque is non-CTS 2010 Instructions of RBI. When I contacted the RTO they are not responded, a letter was also sent with a copy of bank rejected letter. But no action taken.
