I have joined at a central government post aftee resigning from a state govt. post on technical grounds. Now, if my present emloyer cancel my appointment due to some technical error (from their side), may i have right to claim for for my earlier post at state govt.
What other options may i have???

Your employer cannot cancel your post on technical mistake, as the law of implied estoppel/estoppel by conduct precludes him/her from revoking your appointment on purely technical grounds. I am assuming that your joining the said post occured post-meeting the qualification criteria.
