I have purchase resale flat in Pune last year. Previous owner had put shed on flat private terrace to protect from Direct sunlight and Rain water. Now I want to regularize it. Can you please help me ? Under which rule or Act I can seek regularizing of terrace shed? Who I need to meet in PMC-PUNE?
