Dear sir, I am going to buy plot form Y who is having Registered sale cum GPA from X executed on 26/02/2012. Now my query is whether the finger prints of X is required along with Y while registering at sub-registrar.

As per section 32 A of registration act 1908 the finger prints and photo  buyer and  seller (including GPA)  are required to attached with sale deed
