Registration of case details

Sir,

I have filed a case in a property dispute in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. I would like to know if there is any way to avoid any further encumbrance on that particular SF No. by registering the case details ( Case No., Property Details, Parties involved, etc.) in the Sub Registrar Office so that the case details appear in the EC. The Case is an ongoing one and I still have not got a stay / court order, against sale of land by the opposite party.
An entry in the EC may not prevent the execution of a sale deed, it will at least ensure that any new buyer will be aware of the ongoing case. If it is not possible to make entry in the EC, is there any way to make any prospective buyers aware of the case officially through the Sub Registrar Office when they approach for registration.
