Registration for leave and license agreement for 11 month

Hi,

I am going to do leave and license agreement for one of flat for 11 Month rent in Maharashtra.

I would like to know is registration for leave and license agreement mandatory for 11 month?

Noo get it notarised

replied many times in the PAST.  less than12 months NOT required for REGISTRATION. but ensure it is ON a VALID stamp paper.
