Registration for birth certificate after 21 years

I was born on 03 Jan 1993 in a small village in Washim district of Maharashtra.

My birth was not registered at that time. Now I live in Nashik and want to apply for Passport and I am unable to apply for it without Birth Certificate.

So can anyone please tell me the Procedure for obtaining a Birth Certificate now and the List of all the documents required for obtaining the birth certificate.

Please go to local municipal office and obtain an application form for birth certificate. Submit it as per the instructions mentioned over leaf.

if there is no entry in the municipal register. then you can approach Judicial Magistrate by way of filing application under Registration of Births and Deaths Act
