Dear Experts, my question is whether it is possible under the TP Act for party X to pay the sale consideration for the purchase of immovable property to party Y and have the property registered in the name of party Z?
Party X and Z are not related and are entities and not natural persons.
If it is possible - what would the sale deed look like? Would it be a tripartite agreement?
