Is it cumpulsory to get my society again registered under new UP Appartment Act 2016 ?
My society is 9 years old and has its functional RWA (registered) basis rules prevailed that year.
Somebody suggested that basis new changes. Because new guidelines are different for election quorum etc... the society need to be again registered. Please advise....
