I am renting our my flat in Indirapuram and need to make a registered rent agreement. Broker is saying that rent agreement for Indirapuram (which is actually in Ghaziabad) can be made and registered in Noida. Please suggest if this agreement will be valid or not?

No. The agreement shall be executed and be registered at Ghaziabad in registrar office.
