Dear!
IFSC code is made for the security of the account holder's money and cannot be let out by the bank officials easily. Thus you will have to either visit the ban and show them your ID Proof and Card that is attached to the account, or you will have to call the bank and get yourself verified and then if the official is satisfied, they may give you the IFSC. However, the bank officials are generally not permitted to disclose the IFSC on phone calls. Most of the times a personal visit or sometimes even applications with proof documents are needed. ( You have to understand that it is for your own security)
However, you should be able to get the IFSC code from your passbook( If you have it). It is written on the top with the account number on most banks' passbooks).
