my question is one female make false complain against my friend as he raped her ...1stly police arrested him and now he is out on a bail.. and hearing going on ..in last hearing she came to give her story as false story his lower caught her in her point when she stuck in some question she clam judge that they have physical relation when both are agree. but she also said that now boy make commitment for marriage that's why she make physical relation she don't have any proof of s*xual relation but in the case of test by the lady dr. the girl is habitual of s*x. and male dr. made his report like the the guy is capable to doing but not a user .the girl also clam that they have physical relation so many time for the commitment . after last hearing when girl said this sooo judge make another charge on boy 417...
plz tell me what are the basic point to defend this 417
she is making charge of cheating because now she is not able to stand on that 376 so in front of judge lady
she was crying that.. plz need suggestion.
