In case of the Deposit system building which is going for an re-development.
Client is having the 365 sq. area and residing in that building for 26 yrs will he get the same area OR more than the existing area. Also, whether he has to pay any construction cost to builder for deposit system?
If he gets the more area how much he should get as per the law?
