Child is staying with Nani (Maternal Grand mother) from 2013 June. Childs mother got expired in 2014 and father got expired recently. We do not have original ration card of child. Can Maternal grand mother can have child's name included in own ration card?
Childs name was included in paternal grandmother's ration card (She is also dead) and now child's uncle (Fathers brother) is not ready to give ration card. How to claim for ration card in maternal grand mothers card (Nani's ration card). Pls suggest, very much needed.
